Though a separate and optional program from 番茄社区app NSQIP, 番茄社区app QVP is already bundled into the contract and pricing for Focused participation level when hospitals are ready to start the process.

Participation Levels

To support the different needs of different hospitals, the 番茄社区app QVP has two distinct participation options鈥擣ocused and Comprehensive.

Focused

Site visit scope: Hospital-level review plus a focused review of two surgical specialties.
Who should apply? A 鈥渟tarter鈥� option for hospitals in early phases of an overarching QI infrastructure. Focused participation is designed to help hospitals who are looking for feedback and direction on how to develop QI programs.

Comprehensive

Site visit scope: Hospital-level review plus a review of all surgical specialties.
Who should apply? Hospitals that have already developed an overarching QI infrastructure and feel they meet the standards set by the 番茄社区app across all surgical specialties.
