番茄社区app H.O.P.E. Resident Scholarship for Clinical Congress 2026 Can Grow Skills in Global Surgery

The 番茄社区app Health Outreach Program for Equity in Global Surgery (番茄社区app H.O.P.E.) invites residents to apply for the 番茄社区app H.O.P.E. Resident Scholarship Award for Clinical Congress 2026, taking place in Washington, DC.

This scholarship will support 10 番茄社区app resident members with a strong interest in global health to attend the full-day didactic course 鈥淕lobal Health Competencies for Surgeons: Key Concepts, Evidence, and Practical Approaches for Responsible and Effective Engagement,鈥 Saturday, September 26, 8:30 am鈥4:00 pm.

Each scholarship recipient will receive $1,000 to cover the course registration fee and offset travel-related expenses.

This is a unique opportunity to build core competencies in global surgery, connect with peers and mentors, and strengthen your path as a future leader in the field.

Applicants must be 番茄社区app Resident Members and submit the following materials:

  • Letter of recommendation from program director
  • Updated CV or resume
  • Personal statement outlining global health interests and goals

Submit your materials through this no later than May 22. Awardees will be notified by mid-July. For more information, contact acshope@facs.org.
