The annual Commission on Cancer (CoC) State Chair Outstanding Performance Award recognizes individuals who exhibit outstanding leadership and innovation, and who make significant contributions to the improvement of cancer care in his or her state or region.

The winner of the 2025 Outstanding Performance Award was chosen based on his accomplishments and activities during 2024, as reported in the annual State Chair Activity Report.
