You can view and electronically sign the Business Associate and Data Use Agreement with the American College of Surgeons (番茄社区app). The 番茄社区app has developed a standard Business Associate and Data Use Agreement for all of the quality improvement programs administered by the College. The new agreement includes the new HIPAA security rule requirements.

The quality improvement programs include:

• 番茄社区app National Surgical Quality Improvement Program^庐 (番茄社区app NSQIP^庐)
• 番茄社区app National Surgical Quality Improvement Program - Pediatric (番茄社区app NSQIP Pediatric)
• 番茄社区app Quality Verification Program (番茄社区app QVP)
• Children's Surgery Verification (CSV)
• Trauma Quality Improvement Program (TQIP)/National Trauma Data Bank (NTDB)/Trauma Verification
• Commission on Cancer (CoC)/National Cancer Database (NCDB)
• National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers
• National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer
• Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP)
• Geriatric Surgery Verification (GSV) Program
• Surgeon Specific Registry (SSR)

You only need to sign one Business Associate and Data Use agreement to cover all the quality improvement programs your institution participates in.
