The Commission on Cancer (CoC), the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC), and the National Accreditation Program for Rectal Cancer (NAPRC) encourage your site to promote World Cancer Day on February 4. is an international initiative of the Union for International Cancer Control.
