Simulation Innovation Theater Inclusions

• Seating for 40 (Max)
• 番茄社区app will provide breakfast or lunch (depending on the timeslot) for all attendees.
• Podium and Microphone
• Audio Visual (55鈥� or larger 4K TV/Monitor)
• 番茄社区app will publicize all theater presentations via onsite signage.
• Complimentary Pre- or Post-meeting attendee list (mailing addresses only) for marketing purposes only

Supporting Company Responsibilities

• Cost included when purchasing the Champion package. One presentation per company.
• Laptop
• Lead Retrieval
• Company must be registered as an exhibitor
• Simulation Innovation Theater days/times are not flexible.
• Any literature and signage produced for the theater must be approved by 番茄社区app and cannot say Simulation Innovation Theater is endorsed or sponsored by 番茄社区app. All literature and signage must include the following declaimer: 鈥楾his commercially supported simulation innovation theater presentation is independent of the 番茄社区app Surgical Simulation Summit educational activities and is not accredited by 番茄社区app.
